Returns Policy

All items are quality checked before dispatch and sent tracked by courier. As long as an item is still in it's original condition, or if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order/goods, we here at Sarahlous accept returns within 14 days. We offer a replacement or refund option.
If you return an item requesting a refund, a full refund by way of the original payment method will be actioned within 28 days.

These rules do not effect your statutory rights.
