Meal prep

The menu varies weekly but will always be suited to your personal dietary preferences and requirements.

Food is locally sourced where possible and is always cooked from fresh. Please ensure that when you order you declare any allergies or dietary requirements.

To order simply add your required amount of meals and any additional breakfasts or snacks, select delivery or collection and ensure upon check out that your contact details are up-to-date and correct.

All meals contain a minimum of 32g of protein.

LAST ORDERS ARE 11am EVERY SATURDAY. Any orders made after the cut-off will roll into the week after.

Delivery can be split. Meals are ready for collection or delivery every Sunday and Wednesday after 4:30pm, this ensures all of your meals are made and kept fresh. You can request for a full drop on a specific day if there is space.

Meals can be frozen. All guidance and advice on reheating and storing food is provided on the meal packaging. All of our meals are served in sustainably sourced, fully recyclable or biodegradable packaging.
